The CBD COP17 Green Zone has opened its doors to visitors, bringing together people and organizations interested in biodiversity conservation under one roof.
At the Green Zone, structures under the Ministry of Environment present Armenia’s specially protected areas, their rich biodiversity, plant and animal species included in Armenia’s Red Data Book, as well as efforts aimed at preserving the country’s natural heritage.
The pavilions offer visitors an opportunity to discover Armenia’s natural treasures, learn about the value of natural ecosystems, and recognize the importance of biodiversity conservation for our shared future.
